📆 Daily Schedule 📆
Monday, October 14th
Going from an absolute control freak with OCD and depressive tendencies to someone who now enjoys life, embracing each day come what may and finding pleasure in the simple things in life.
What changed?? The simple insight that I don’t have to believe all my thinking. This game-changing insight turned life from struggle and suffering to a life of ease, fun and joy.
Meet Angelina:
Angelina Hynes is a mum of three, carer for daughter with rare genetic syndrome, and a bona fide human being who entertains herself by getting caught up in her thinking all the time. (Not as entertaining for the family though!!!) She is a lover of life and always willing to embrace new adventures.

Shona lost her eldest son to cancer in June 2022.
Had she not found the Principles, life would have been very different.

Meet Shona:
Shona runs a successful therapy practice. She qualified nearly 30 years ago as a counsellor and psychotherapist but went into business instead. She built up a marketing company which turned over ï¿¡3,000,000 in its third year. Alongside work she volunteered in a charity one day week offering therapy to those who couldn’t afford it. Having taken retirement before lockdown, she came back into the workplace setting up an online therapy practice.

Tuesday, October 15th
I will share stories of learning to return to the formless over and over again in offering care for aging family members. In health crisis or challenges, wisdom often shows up in compelling ways and we are moved. Equally as often for me, I attempt to cling to this beauty and ease by trying to figure out how to duplicate the conditions that seemed to allow for wisdom to arrive. Innocently making up lots of things about how I need to show up and what outcomes will result I experience pain and energy drain. Stories of seeing and releasing the misuse of thought and resting in the truth of the unknown.

Meet Linda:
Linda Scherer has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1998. She has been pointing people toward their innate health and the inside-out nature of their experience since 2001. She first experienced the profound nature of this understanding and the personal relief it can bring in the early 2000s. She has returned to its simplicity and to increasing depth of seeing countless times through the years. She has shared this understanding for many years in the public schools with students of all ages. Since 2012 she has been counseling individuals, couples and groups online and in person.

The short answer is I don’t know ;)
But somehow I always know that I will have what feels like a quiet mind at some point. I’m not sure how it will happen or when it will happen and I can’t even explain what a quiet mind is. There are times when I have the feeling of deep peace even among the noise happening in my head or the noise happening around me. It may come as a flash or it may last for several moments or even hours. I’ve come to enjoy it and appreciate when I feel it and see it as my natural state even though it hasn’t been my “normal” state for a lot of my life. But as I explore and experience it even more I see that it has always been available and I’ve seen that I’ve dismissed the feeling as something that happened as a fluke and it wasn’t really me. I see now that it is and I see it in others too. This has changed the way I experience life and relationships and I’m excited to share what I’ve seen.
Meet Tyson:
Tyson wears many hats, but her favorite role is being a mom. Alongside her role as a mom she works as a Nurse and also holds certifications in Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, and Nurse Coaching. She has a passion for exploring the connection between our spiritual nature and human form and loves the dance between the two.
Having faced anxiety, depression, and unwanted habits, she sought out many teachings to find more peace and ease in her life. It seemed nothing was “fixing” her, and although she would find temporary relief, she discovered she was merely trying to control both her internal and external circumstances. It was through the discovery of the inside-out nature of life—and recognizing that innate peace is everyone’s true essence—that she had profound insights and began experiencing the joy she had longed for.
Tyson brings understanding, compassion, and deep listening to her work, along with humor, playfulness, and a touch of sass. She is dedicated to guiding others to embrace their innate wholeness, free from the need to "fix" themselves. Join Tyson as she guides you to explore the path of acceptance, leading to inner peace and joy.

Wednesday, October 16th
It’s my intention, to take you by the hand and lift the hood of your being and for you to be blown away by how awesome you are (and everyone else 😉).
Meet Hakan:
Hakan Akbas, spent 30 years, on and off the personal development and self-growth bandwagon. A period full of efforting and struggling. With reoccurring beliefs of, I deserve better than this, it’s so much hard work. All that started to change, when he came across the Principles, it was like he came home.

Join Kathryn in the exploration of living from within. We are often taught in our society to look outside of ourselves to get the answers to the Mysteries of Life….or at the very least to feel better about ourselves and validate our self-worth. But have you ever noticed that we get the best Ah! Ha! moments when we are not trying so hard or aren’t busying ourselves with the outside world. We could be reading a good book, driving in our car, in the bathroom, in the shower or wherever, and we have the answer we have been struggling to get. Maybe we are the Missing Link we’ve been searching for! 😉).
Meet Kathryn:
Kathryn has always felt like there was something missing…. something beyond what she was taught family & society. She grew up feeling self-conscious and anxious. However, deep within, she knew better. So, she went on a quest for the missing link. She spent her teens and early adulthood doing self-awareness retreats and wilderness excursions and had lots of adventures. She majored in psychology which gave her lots of food for thought. She moved on to acting and improve and had a lot of fun with the Meisner Approach of “being real in an imaginary situation”. Fascinated with the inner workings of the body, she started doing massage, bodywork, and various forms of energy work. She has owned her own business for 20 years. In 2022, she started practicing Tai Chi and feeling the connection in her body and life energy moving within. At about the same time, she learned about the 3 Principles, a spiritual–psychology which was truly the missing link. She is delighted and grateful to be a part of The Heart of Service coaching program. It is her hope to share the insights she’s received to inspire others to search for the missing link which lies within.

Well-being, happiness, contentment, peace.
We spend most of our time waiting for that magic moment to come, innocently thinking that a blissful state is somehow linked to a romantic relationship, a successful career, a bigger home, financial independence and so on. The simple truth is that it’s actually way easier than that. Our well-being is always at hand, portable and accessible at any moment, regardless of your circumstances.
Meet Ali:
A former MTV presenter, singer and songwriter, radio host, International Communication Executive, mother of 3 wonderful children, wife, teacher and well-being advocate. She’s travelled the world most of her life in search of her own bliss somewhere out there. She’s had the chance to meet incredible artists, entrepreneurs and generally people who had achieved pretty much everything in their lives only to find that happiness is and always has been an inside job for each and every one of us. This experience not only honed her communication skills but also sparked her passion for storytelling and connecting with people at a deeper level—elements that she continues to embrace in her later endeavors, including her work in communication and well-being.

Friday, October 18th
There are so many different ways that we judge ourselves and others. Judgment makes us feel like there is something wrong so we have to figure out how to change what is wrong. When we are able to recognize our judgmental thinking we are able to let it go. It is in the letting go of the judgment and the need to fix what is broken that allows us to settle into a more relaxed state of mind. That relaxation leads to feeling more compassion naturally.
Meet Pam:
Pam Hall is a dedicated well-being coach with 18 years of experience in the weight loss industry. Her journey began with her own personal challenges with weight, which led to a profound realization about the connection between the mind and our habits. Through this understanding, Pam transformed her relationship with food, discovering that her struggles were a sign of moving too fast internally. Today, she helps others achieve lasting change by addressing both the mind and body, guiding them toward healthier, more balanced lives.

One of the most liberating facts of the inside-out understanding is that we all have a connection with wisdom, we are all teachers and students and we are always guided. Some people might be more experienced than others but for sure we are all more experienced than others in many different areas. Our intention for this program is for each participant to recognize their inner guidance, follow it and experience the gift of sharing with others.
Learning from others and feel inspired by different resources is wonderful but our own connection with Wisdom is the truest gift we have.

Meet Bonnie:
After many years of seeking, Bonnie came across The Three Principles understanding, which led to a much deeper insight into the Truth of how life works, and how we create our experience.
Using her computer science background she has helped many coaches with the technical details of building successful and thriving online businesses. For 9 years, she worked for 3PGC, a non-profit organization with a mission to share the simplicity of The Three Principles. She developed all areas needed for their online business to thrive and significantly expand the understanding globally. Bonnie now co-facilitates several group programs to point people in the direction of the inside-out nature of the human experience.
